  The burgers are awesome at this place.  I always get the spicy burger which has blue cheese crumbles.  I come on Fridays after 6pm and you get get two beers for forty pesos.   Which is like a dollar a beer.

  Excellent burgers. Many choices to choose from. I recommend the "KONA" if you like Hawaiian style burgers with pineapple and teriyaki sauce. The shakes are awesome too. Highly recommended.

  Barrikas has a great selection of burgers including a delicious 50-50 bacon/beef patty which I had on a Sky Blue burger that featured a blue cheese sauce: delicious.  Their beer selection is also very good for an establishment this size. The décor could be described as casual but the frayed upholstery on some of the seats has it  leaning towards dive-bar. The shuttered 7-eleven next door provides ample parking so take advantage while it lasts.

  The food was pretty good but nothing special. There was no fountain drinks, charging about $1.50/can of soda instead and they advertised soda they didn't have which was annoying. They also charged me $1 extra "special order charge" for getting my burger without tomatoes which they kept secret until after the check arrived. In addition to that they added 31¢ (5 pesos) to the total on my bill for nothing at all, just to squeeze some free change out of me. I didnt realize until after I'd paid. The food was not cheap, about $6 for a cheeseburger and $9 for some bacon and special sauce when it probably costs them less than $1/burger to make here, and they were not very large nor very tasty.  So hidden extra charges for removing the tomatoes and stealing extra change is just unacceptable. I'd rather eat at McDonalds (or just a street vendor more likely) where its fair prices, decent taste, and they won't have hidden fees AND steal from me.
  
  P.S. They automatically took out $2 for the tip, which I think is silly even in American restaurants, as I would have given them $7 for tip (20%) if they hadn't. The waiter was polite and did his job its not his fault the restaurant is as it is. He probably won't even get the $2 they took, its a terrible policy.

  Just like their slogan says "the best burgers in town"! I finally found my favorite burger restaurant in Tj, thanks barrikas!
